Deadline for returning of items
In compliance with § 53 and § 54 of the Civil Code, you have the opportunity of withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of the receipt of items. If you decide to withdraw from the contract, state that fact in writing together with the order number, the date of purchase and your account number or address for your refund. If you have already accepted delivery of the items, send them back to our address together with proof of purchase. The items must be in the same condition as when you accepted delivery.
Privacy of personal data
All customer information is stored in compliance with valid Czech legislation and in particular with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended. The State Opera uses all data obtained from customers exclusively for its internal use and does not provide that data to third parties. Without the explicit consent of customers, the State Opera uses customers’ personal data only to the extent permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, especially in § 5 (2) (b) and § 5 (6).
