E-shop – How do I make purchases?

Entering data

First enter your personal data and the address to which you want the items to be delivered. To enable us to contact you in case of any problems, please enter your e-mail address and telephone number.

Delivery

Czech Post will deliver the items to you as registered mail no later than within 3 weeks of the date of the order.

Method of payment

You must choose the method of payment. You may pay by C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery – C.O.D. fee: CZK 40) or by bank transfer onto our account. For bank transfers, the following data are necessary:

All prices of items offered by the State Opera include VAT and are valid at the time an order is submitted.

Completing an order

Before final confirmation of your order, you will be asked to check the data you have entered and your method of payment. If you approve the order, it will be submitted for processing. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent to your e-mail address.

Privacy

All customer information is stored in compliance with valid Czech legislation and in particular with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended. The State Opera uses all data obtained from customers exclusively for its internal use and does not provide that data to third parties. Without the explicit consent of customers, the State Opera uses customers’ personal data only to the extent permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, especially in § 5 (2) (b) and § 5 (6).
